Wendy Cloutier

Legal Administrator

Wendy heads up our corporate services department. She is a passionate advocate for small businesses and enjoys helping companies stay up-to-date and compliant in their record keeping. She is always happy to assist with any administration matter— from business incorporation to agreements—drawing on her own entrepreneurial background to bring a fresh perspective to the team.

Prior to Ross Rumbell Business Law, Wendy enjoyed a long and varied legal and business career with roles that span general law clerk, administrator of a large law firm in London, all the way to retail entrepreneur in the small business sector. As such, she has accrued a broad knowledge of both worlds: business and law.

Wendy lives in Elora with her husband and is currently a member of the Wellington Sculling Club. She enjoys travel, equestrian sports, walking, and biking.

Entrepreneur experience

Her areas of entrepreneurialism include fast-food franchise, retail, telecommunications, food manufacturing and sales. Most recently, she founded a fresh pasta business and took it from conception to manufacturing for local retail and area farmers’ markets. As company founder, she has worked in all areas of the business including production, accounting, marketing, and sales.
